Cancellation Policy

Cancellation - Currently all the orders are prepaid and the production process starts within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations must be requested via email at support@adakai.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment source and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
