Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase

To keep up with our philosophy "Every style for every size" we strive to make each order as accurate as possible to suit the needs of the customer and each outfit is given ample of margins. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Since every product is made-to-order All sales are final and we do not accept returns for any order.

However Incase anything goes wrong, we are here to help you! 

You can contact our team via e-mail support@adakai.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

Eligible reasons for  exchange-

*Manufacturing defect or wrong product received -For which the customer needs to provide us with the video proof while opening. 

*Incorrect size received 

Slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur due to different monitor displays and lighting conditions. Exchanges or returns will not be entertained for these variations.

 Quality Inspection-

Exchange  will be accepted only  if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The reverse pickup will be arranged by team Ada Kai. Once the items are approved by our quality check team, new order will be dispatched within 7-10 days.
